I’m Matthew Steven Dill, born and raised in Somerset, Massachusetts. I earned degrees in web design and business management during college in Rhode Island. In 2014, I relocated to North Port, Florida—bringing my skills and enthusiasm to new horizons.

Driven by a passion for design and innovation, I founded Stellar Web Production in 1997 as a side project, which in 2003 evolved into my full-time business offering web design, SEO, branding, reputation management, hosting, and aerial photography. Over 20+ years, I’ve cultivated expertise in internet marketing and multimedia services—helping small businesses grow and shine online.
I also run Stellar Aerial Photos & Video and Stellar Notary Service, serving the greater North Port community from my home office in North Port, FL.
I proudly serve as a Certified Notary Public and continue to embrace networking credentials like Leadership North Port and BNI membership for 15+ years.

Networking is at my core—I’m an active participant in BNI Southwest Florida, and the North Port Area Chamber of Commerce (past President and Mentor). I am a Leadership North Port and North Port University graduate, and regularly contribute to local events and collaborations
I’m passionate about educating business owners through my blog, offering honest advice to empower them in making informed digital marketing decisions.
My motto? “Lifelong learning is the key to success.” I’m all about staying current with technology trends and spreading that knowledge—without any hard sell.
